4. Personal information collected by APFM (whether provided by you or any other person on your behalf) may be used by APFM to provide notification services to you.
5. All personal data collected by APFM relating to you will be kept confidential. However, APFM may provide such information (whether provided by you or any other person on your behalf) to the following parties, within or outside of Vanuatu, for the purposes set out in the DPL:
   • Any director, officer, or employee of APFM or its affiliates when carrying out their respective business activities;
   • Any professional advisor, insurer, or auditor of APFM or their affiliates;
   • Any third party with which you have or propose to have dealings;
   • Any person to whom APFM transfers, assigns, or proposes to transfer or assign its interests and/or obligations in respect of the account or any services provided to you;
   • Any person to whom APFM is required by law, regulation, court order, or request from any governmental or regulatory body to provide such data.
6. Cookies are small bits of information stored on your computer that can be accessed by our website. APFM may use cookies to record your visit to our website for analyzing the number of visitors, general usage patterns, and your personal usage patterns, thereby improving your experience.    • Request access to any such personal data held by APFM within a reasonable time, in a reasonable manner, and in a form that is intelligible;
   • Request the correction of any personal data which is inaccurate; and
   • Ascertain APFM’s policies and practices in relation to data and be informed of the kinds of personal data held by APFM.
9. Nothing in this notice shall limit the rights of the client under the DPL.
